Surely, I will not recommend these platforms if you want to earn from blog writing because you have so many limitations put on these platforms.

Expert writers and journalists use the medium. It is a good platform for writing a blog post and sharing your work within the related community. It is also good for link building, but you can not run ads, and personal branding is not allowed. medium has a partner program to make money if your post is included in medium publications.

A free blog hosting platform provided by Google, it is easy to use and does not require much technical knowledge to write a blog post. The drawback of writing a blog post on Bloggers is that you have to spend a lot of time and energy but you will get nothing out of it. That is why most bloggers fail. Moreover, It is not secure. Blogs can be deleted at any time without prior notice to you.

WordPress.com

It is also a free blog post hosting service from Google. it also has customization limits. You can not run ads and can’t do personal branding without paying a monthly fee. Bloggers have to purchase premier services for their businesses to earn revenue from blogging.

2) Create Your Website

Passionate bloggers who want to earn money from blog post writing have their websites.

Pros: You can make any changes in the design of your website according to your requirements. You have the ease of putting affiliate links and the ability to customize URLs. Create your website, install WordPress, and publish on the internet. You can use WordPress to write a blog post and earn money from it.

Cons: You have to spend money to purchase a domain name and hosting and some tools to do editing. Of course, there are many cheap hosting plans available.

By niche, we mean the topics you want to use for writing your blogs. It may be an education blog, or a technology, health, or fashion blog. The domain name should be as short as possible with no hyphens between the words. It should be easy to type, readable, and memorable. Your interest in the niche matters a lot for blog writing. You can not continue your blog journey longer if you are not passionate about it. You will lose patience soon, get fed up, and leave midway. So, think of what you are good at and decide the niche accordingly.

Read a few trending blogs of your niche on the internet with the help of Google Trends.  Decide the related niche, find the missing information, and write the blog.

3) Focus on user queries

You can use tools like Google Suggest and Google Autocomplete to find what people are searching. Your blog must give solutions to the problem of the user. I think your content must be unique. If Google already has the same content in its database, why will it show your content to the user? Google has potent algorithms to check low-value content.

Several parameters like blog length, headings, tags, and keyword density must be maintained. You should also know how to write an introduction, how to write an outline of the post, and how to write a good conclusion. The content should not be copied, otherwise your website could be penalized and de-ranked.
